- Masukan kaldu aduk rata sambil lihat apa tomatnya udah pada lumer, lalu masukan air secukupnya (kuahnya cenderung agak kental jadi airnya gausah banyak-banyak ya kecuali emang buat jamaah) lalu masukan sisa butter buat bakar daging dan tumis daun.
- Setelah kuah set, beri gula pasir masukan kofta biarkan 2-3menit, matikan api lalu beri garam, aduk sesuaikan dengan selera, masukan daun kari renyah atau salam koja tumisnya, dan bawang goreng buat taburan, ajiiiib nikmeh siap dinikmati dengan roti maryam renyah dan lembab 😋👍🏻.
