  5. Diamkan dan tutup adonan dengan kain bersih atau plastik wrap selama 30-40 menit.
  6. Sambil menunggu, panaskan gula dengan sedikit air hingga gula larut, angkat, tambahkan air dan aduk rata.
  7. Bagi adonan menjadi 10 pcs (atau sesuai selera mau dibagi berapa) masing-masing bagi dua, gulung panjang, bentuk kepang, dan satukan lagi hingga membentuk lingkaran.
  8. Masukkan satu sisi kedalam simple Syrup yang sudah diberi sedikit air, lalu gulingkan diatas wijen, diamkan lagi kira-kira 10 menit.
  9. Oven dengan suhu 200dc selama 20menit (jangan lupa ovennya dipanaskan dulu ya) atau sesuai oven masing-masing, hingga kuning keemasan, angkat dan bisa langsung disajikan.
