- Siapkan bahan.
- Sangrai wijen sebentar saja atau hingga warna mulai kekuningan, angkat.
- Campur bahan cair, fermipan dan minyak aduk rata, diamkan sekitar 3 menit.
- Masukkan campuran tepung, gula dan garam, ulen sebentar aja.
- Diamkan dan tutup adonan dengan kain bersih atau plastik wrap selama 30-40 menit.
- Sambil menunggu, panaskan gula dengan sedikit air hingga gula larut, angkat, tambahkan air dan aduk rata.
- Bagi adonan menjadi 10 pcs (atau sesuai selera mau dibagi berapa) masing-masing bagi dua, gulung panjang, bentuk kepang, dan satukan lagi hingga membentuk lingkaran.
- Masukkan satu sisi kedalam simple Syrup yang sudah diberi sedikit air, lalu gulingkan diatas wijen, diamkan lagi kira-kira 10 menit.
- Oven dengan suhu 200dc selama 20menit (jangan lupa ovennya dipanaskan dulu ya) atau sesuai oven masing-masing, hingga kuning keemasan, angkat dan bisa langsung disajikan.
