  1. Rebus kentang sampai matang. Dinginkan, kupas lalu parut kasar di wadah (mangkuk besar).
  2. Masukkan dan campurkan keju parut dan telur diatas kentang parut, tambahkan bumbu2 bubuk lalu aduk-aduk sampai tercampur rata, koreksi rasa.
  3. Siapkan wajan anti lengket /Teflon (jangan nyalakan kompor dulu), taburi dasarnya dengan 2 sdm minyak zaitun, 1 sdm keju parut dan 1 sdt daun rosmary. Kemudian masukkan sebagian adonan kentang di wajan selapis (adonan lengket sekali, caranya ambil pake sendok/tangan sedikit2 tata di wajan ratakan pake tangan seperti dicubit2 agar tidak berantakan) lalu tutup dengan potongan keju mozarella.
  4. Kemudian tutup lagi atasnya dengan sisa adonan kentang, ratakan dengan tangan seperti Cara diatas, agar tidak berantakan karena adonan sangat lengket..
  5. Taruh wajan di kompor, baru nyalakan api kecil sampai agak matang, kemudian angkat adonan sambil dibalik di piring datar/tutup panci yg lebar agar tidak berantakan/pecah. Tata lagi dasar wajan/Teflon dengan 2 sdm minyak zaitun, 1 sdm keju parut dan 1 sdt daun rosmary (spt Cara diatas untuk mematangkan bagian atas adonan supaya kering dan berkulit.
  6. Taruh lagi di atas kompor, nyalakan api kecil (seperti Cara sebelumnya) tunggu sampai matang, bila perlu dibolak balik supaya kering..
  7. Hidangkan selagi panas/hangat dengan mayones atau saus sambal/saus tomat.
