Tutup rapat, dan taruh disteamer, di dalam steamer juga air panas yg mendidih ya mom's, Karena ini diresto maka untuk steamer bawah kita pakai listrik jadi tetap nyala dan panas, klo yg model rumahan biasanya ditangkringin diatas kompor. Biar awet panas. (Dan yg model rumahan biasanya tekonya ditumpuk jadi satu, yg isi air aja taruh dibawah, lalu tumpuk dgn yg berisi air teh).
  4. Ambil gelas khas Turkish tea,tuang air cem-ceman teh setengah gelas (ini untuk yg strong, klo mau teh yg lebih light tuang seperempat bagian gelas saja).
  5. Lalu tuang dengan air panas yg diteko satunya tadi,hingga penuh digelas atau tingkat kepekatan teh yg diinginkan..
