- Panaskan air yg sudah dicampur sedikit minyak, setelah sudah mendidih masukkan pasta dan berikan sedikit garam. Tunggu hingga pasta matang. Tiriskan.
- Panaskan wajan dengan api kecil masukkan butter/ margarin dan sedikit olive oil/ minyak sayur, biarkan larut. Kemudian tambahkan daun mint kering/ bubuk paprika (tidak perlu masak terlalu lama, asal saja). Matikan kompor.
- Sajikan pasta diatas piring, lalu siram yougrt diatasnya (aduk2 dulu yougrt nya kedalam mangkuk agar tidak grendel2 & bisa tambahkan seikit garam agar tdk terlalu asam) kemudian siram minyak paprika/ mint yg dibuat tadi..
- Jadi dehh... Afiyet Olsun 🙏🏻😊.
