  1. Siapkan bahan. Dalam wadah tuang susu hangat, Air hangat, 1 sdm gula pasir dan ragi instan. Aduk rata. Diamkan 5 menit.
  2. Sambil menunggu sangrai wijennya.
  3. Setelah 5 menit, masukkan telur, minyak sayur. Aduk rata. Lalu masukkan garam dan terigu. Aduk perlahan.
  4. Uleni sampai tidak lengket ditangan. Stop penuangan terigu jika adonan sudah tidak lengket. Tutup dengan kain bersih atau plastik wrap selama 1 jam.
  5. Setelah 1 jam. Kempiskan adonan dan uleni sebentar. Bagi menjadi 16 bagian.
  6. Ambil 1 bagian lalu gulung memanjang. Satukan seperti membentuk tali (lihat gambar). Lalu satukan ujungnya membentuk cincin.
  7. Setelah itu, masukkan adonan ke campuran molases anggur dan air.
  8. Lalu masukkan ke Taburan wijen sangrai.
  9. Panggang Di oven dengan suhu 180°C selama 15-20 menit. Sesuaikan oven masing-masing. Sesekali cek.
  10. Afiyet olsun 👩🏻‍🍳.
