  7. Bagi adonan sesuai selera (aku jadi 8 bagian masing2 @52gr). Lalu masing2 bagi adonan jadi 2. Lalu pilin/gulung memanjang.
  8. Kemudian satukan dan kepang adonan. Lalu gulung dan rapatkan dengan sisi satunya.
  9. Celupkan adonan simit ke dalam simple sirup (gula yang sudah dilelehkan dengan air) lalu ke dalam tempat berisi wijen. Diamkan kembali simit -/+ 15 menit. Kemudian panggang di oven -/+ 20-30 menit sesuaikan dengan oven masing2. (Pakai suhu 200 derajad). Jika sudah kecokelatan/kuning keemasan angkat simit.
