  6. Siapkan arang, bakar di kompor sampai panas. Taruh arang di wadah tahan panas, masukkan dalam teflon memanggang kebab. Siram arang dengan minyak goreng, lgsg tutup rapat teflon biar asap dr arang terserap kebab. Tunggu kira2 1 menit. Angkat daging kebab yg sdh matang..
