- Dalam panci lain,masukkan susu,gula pasir,dan vanili ekstrak, aduk hingga rata, kemudian masak hingga mendidih,setelah mendidih kecilkan api kompor, masukkan nasi tadi,aduk rata, masukkan larutan maizena masak sambil diaduk aduk agar tidak lengket, masak terus hingga kuah mengental, untuk kekentalan sesuai selera ya. Klo suka lebih kental takaran maizena bisa ditambah..
- Siapkan wadah anti panas, (disini saya pakai claypot ya) tuang hasil adonan puding tadi,kalo udah dituang jangan digoyang goyang biar set..
- Tunggu hingga agak hangat, lalu olesi atasnya dengan bahan.olesan yg ada di bahan.B (bisa pakai sendok kecil kucurkan sambil ratakan pelan pelan).
- Siapkan baking tray,kemudian taruh dengan air didalamnya,untuk takaran air bisa dikira-kira ya, lalu tata claypot yg berisi adonan tadi dibaking tray yg sudah dikasih air, lalu masukkan dalam oven sebentar saja, agar sampai dapat tekstur pada permukaannya seperti tekstur coklat kehitaman atau seperti gosong. _____NOTE:disini saya pakai api oven atas aja ya dengan suhu oven yg paling panas sekitar 10 menitan, jadi sesuaikan oven masing-masing..
- Jika sudah selesai keluar dari oven,biarkan disuhu ruang dulu hingga dingin, baru masukkan ke dalam kulkas biar lebih cless ketika dimakan..
- UPDATE: jika tdk ada oven, TIDAK PERLU dimasukkan ke Oven, buat bikin gosong caramel atasnya itu bisa dibakar pelan-pelan pakai "portable torch" ya, habis dipraktekin sama teman dan hasilnya oke 😋😋🍮🍮.
