  1. Sediakan bahan-bahan utama..
  2. Tumis bawang bombai sampai layu. Tambahkan tomat dan cabe hijau..
  3. Jika tumisan sudah agak layu, masukkan saos tomat..
  4. Tambahkan sedikit air ke dalam tumisan. Masak sampai mendidih dan kuah mengental..
  5. Tambahkan garam dan Bon Cabe atau sambal botolan. Ini cuma tambahan saya, agar ada rasa pedas..
  6. Pecahkan telur di atas tumisan tadi. Tunggu sebentar, lalu aduk sedikit saja pada bagian kuning telur, tidak perlu rata. Aduk-aduk biar tercampur sedikit dengan bagian saos di bawahnya. Jika telur sudah masak setengah matang, angkat dan siap disajikan. Jika suka telur di aduk rata seperti omelet, bisa juga. Saya lebih suka yang setengah matang..
  7. Biasanya menemen ini langsung disajikan dengan tempat masaknya. Karena saya menggunakan pan, maka langsung saya sajikan dengan pan. Menemen ini di makan dengan roti samoli atau roti hot dog. Dengan roti tawar biasa pun enak juga..
