  4. Matikan api kompor, biarkan agak hangat lalu blender hingga smooth (untuk blender bisa pakai handblender, food processor atau blender sesuai kepunyaan masing-masing).
  5. Balikkan lagi kedalam panci, dan jika tekstur terlalu kental bisa ditambahkan air ya, lalu masak sambil kita aduk-aduk agar bagian bawah tidak gosong, masak hingga tingkat kekentalan yg kita inginkan, test rasa untuk asin sesuai selera masing-masing..
  6. Sajikan selagi hangat, bisa disajikan dengan croutons, pita bread, Lavash ekmek, bazlama bread, atau sesuaikan selera, kalo saya sih lebih suka dgn sayuran mentah 😋.
