  7. Kembali ke adonan, setelah 30 menit, gilas adonan sampai tipis, panggang dalam teflon yg sudah panas tunggu sampai bergelembung dan ada bercak coklat, lalu balik dan tambahkan mozarella di atasnya agar bisa meleleh dulu.
  8. Lalu beri bawang bombay yg sudah ditumis, timun, selada, daging isian yg sudah dimasak, mayonaise dan saos tomat. Lalu gulung, lakukan sampai habis.
