  1. Masukkan susu hangat ke dalam wadah atau baskom. Tambahkan fermipan dan gula. Aduk rata dengan whisk. Hanya sampai gula larut saja. Diamkan hingga 10 menit suhu ruangan. Ga perlu ribet ditutup2 pake serbet basah..
  2. Setelah itu masukkan minyak sayur, putih telur, dan garam. Aduk dengan whisk sampai rata. Tambahkan tepung sampai adonan kalis dan lembut selembut daun telinga. Makin lembut makin bagus. Uleni terus hingga bener2 lembut..
  3. Diamkan adonan selama 1 jam. Caranya tutup wadah tempat adonan dengan plastik wrap atau plastik kresek biasa. Lalu tutup lagi dengan kain serbet tebal. Makin tebal kain penutupnya makin bagus. Diamkan hingga 1 jam..
  4. Lalu adonan akan mengembang 2 x lipat. Bentuk2 adonan menjadi bulat atau seperti yg aku buat. Biasanya di Turki mereka isi dengan keju atau pure kentang yg dibumbui. Tapi kali ini aku buat tanpa isi. Karna anak2 lebih suka tanpa isi..
  5. Adonan yg telah dibentuk taruh di panggangan/loyang oven yg telah dilapisi kertas khusus untuk memanggang. Atau panggangan/loyang bisa dioles dengan minyak sayur. Setelah adonan selesai semua olesi dengan kuning telur. Lalu taburi dengan wijen..
  6. Panggang dengan suhu 180 hingga roti tampak kecoklatan. Aku ga bilang berapa lama waktu memanggangnya karna tiap oven beda2..

Simit berbentuk melingkar seperti cincin dengan taburan wijen di atasnya, sedangkan poğaça roti isi di dalamnya (isi kentang, keju, kıyma/dagingcincang dsb).
