Lalu masukkan susu bubuk, garam halus, tepung terigu dan ragi, tuang air hangat sedikit demi sedikit sambil kita uleni, adonan memang harus agak agak lengket lembek begini ya, lalu masukkan minyak samin atau mentega leleh, uleni saja terus jgn terburu emosi, maka lama lama dia akan kalis dgn sendirinya tetapi adonan ini teksturnya lembut. (SOFT DOUGH).
  2. Olesi permukaan adonan dgn minyak Samin/ mentega secara merata lalu tutup rapat adonan, istirahatkan 15 menit. ___NOTE lagi ya disini saya pkai jenis ragi instan aktif yg langsung bisa dicampur ke adonan, jadi kenali ragi masing masing yg digunakan, biasanya ada petunjuk penggunaan dibungkusnya..
  3. Setelah 15 menit, olesi lebih dulu tangan kita dengan sedikit bahan olesan, (yg ada di bahan.B) uleni lagi adonan sebentar, sekitar 3 menit, lalu bagi adonan menjadi 4 bulatan, lumuri rata permukaan setiap bulatan dengan bahan olesan lagi. Tutup rapat kembali adonan dan istirahatkan lagi 15 menit. semakin banyak olesan yg kita oleskan pada permukaan adonan akan lebih mempermudah kita saat memipihkan ________________________ NOTE= Ini saya bikin 2 kali dari resep ya, itu sebabnya jadi 8 bulatan.
  4. Setelah 15 menit, ambil 1 bulatan, olesi lebih dulu tangan kita dan papan alasnya dgn bahan olesan. Kemudian pipihkan adonan dengan tangan, caranya tarik tarik pelan dari tengah ke pinggir pinggir hingga adonan jadi sangat lebar dan tipis, lalu olesi permukaanya dengan bahan olesan hingga benar benar rata diseluruh permukaan dan taburi dgn bahan taburan. Gunakan kuas saat mengoles agar lebih rata..
  5. Teksturnya akan jadi sangat tipis, dan ini lentur ya mom's, Kalo udah biasa gampang dan gak mudah sobek. Tapi jika belum terbiasa dgn cara menarik adonan, gunakan saja teknik pakai gilasan, Gilas pelan pelan sampai benar-benar lebar dan tipis. Langkah menipiskan adonan hingga menjadi tipis ini sangat penting ya, agar nanti hasil dari Malawah benar benar maksimal, berlapis lapis seperti croissant..
  6. Setelah jadi lebar dan tipis, olesi permukaannya dengan bahan olesan dan taburi dengan bahan taburan,lalu lipat jadi 2 bagian, dan olesi lagi atasnya dgn bahan olesan, juga bahan taburan.
  7. Sekarang lipat dari kedua sisi pinggirnya ke arah tengah, setelah itu olesi lagi atasnya dgn bahan olesan dan bahan taburan. Tarik tarik pelan agar menjadi agak lebar..
  8. Sekarang tarik semua sisi sisi ujungnya kearah tengah jadi satu..
  9. Lalu cubit sambil agak dipuntir ditengah jadi satu agar lipatan tidak pudar, setelah itu balikkan, jadi yg adonan kita cubit tadi ditaruh dibawah ya, maka akan terlihat bulatan yg mulus dari bagian atas. Lakukan kesemua adonan hingga habis, lalu lumuri tiap adonan dengan bahan olesan, tutup rapat istirahatkan lagi 15 menit..
  10. Setelah 15 menit, panaskan oven, disini saya menggunakan suhu 200°C dengan api atas bawah, jadi kenali oven masing masing untuk hasil yg pas. Sambil menunggu oven panas, ambil 1 adonan, pipihkan diatas loyang, jangan terlalu tipis juga jgn terlalu tebal, pokoknya pas, jika oven sudah benar benar panas, masukkan loyang yg berisi adonan, panggang hingga golden brown. Biasanya akan jadi agak fluffy bentuknya. Oven saya sekitar 15 menit. (Maaf ya foto pas udah matengnya malah kehapus🤦).
  11. Jika sudah terlihat permukaan golden brown, keluarkan dari oven, angkat Malawah, selagi masih panas, langsung olesi seluruh permukaan nya dengan bahan olesannya. Lanjutkan panggang sisa adonan dgn cara yg sama ya..
  12. Ini dia tekstur didalamnya berlapis lapis seperti croissant tapi lebih lembut, luarnya crispy dan rasanya lazizzz 😋😍.
