  4. Setelah 30 menitan, panaskan teflon beri 1 sdm minyak, ratakan diseluruh permukaan, biarkan hingga panas..
  5. Sementara menunggu teflon panas, ambil adonan,bentuk bulat pipih,agak tipis dan bikin lebar, karena setelah di panggang dia akan menyusut, lalu langsung taruh diteflon yg sudah panas, lakukan hingga habis, untuk takaran bahan diatas, bisa menghasilkan 15 kofta kebab ya, atau tergantung juga besar kecilnya..
  6. Biarkan panggang ditelpon sekitar 4 menitan dengan api kecil atau sedang cenderung kecil, setelah 4 menit atau terlihat bawah kecoklatan balikkan, biarkan hingga sisi satunya juga kecoklatan,sekitar 5 menit. ___NOTE= disini biasanya minyak akan bertambah dengan sendirinya dihasilkan dari daging yg mengandung lemak..
  7. Sementara menunggu kofta kebab jadi, mari kita buat untuk aroma kebab yang laziz, yaitu teknik asap, ambil 1 jempol arang, bakar hingga panas.
  8. Taruh dalam wadah anti panas/foil taruh diantar kebab, lalu dengan cepat tuang minyak goreng yang baru diatas arang tersebut, dan tutup rapat pancinya. (POSISI API KOMPOR MASIH NYALA KECIL ya, ini di 1 menit terakhir).
  9. Tutup rapat teflon, biarkan hingga 1 menit, atau sampai uap asap yg dihasilkan terserap dalam kebab. Karena asap inilah yang kita gunaka untuk mendapatkan aroma kebab yg sangat harum seperti kofta kebab yg dibakar diatas arang., minyak yg dituang ke arang tadi juga bisa dioleskan ke kebab ya, jika suka aroma yg lebih harum lagi..
  10. Jadi deh.. bisa taburi dengan sumac, oregano/Italian seasoning lainnya jika suka, tidak ada taburan pun sudah enak..
  11. Sajikan dengan tomat, panggang atau sayuran lainnya, anak saya paling suka dengan nasi pilau ala Iran ini, yang menggunakan kentang sebagai kerak nasinya,(disebut potato tadig= yang bertekstur kriuk dan gurih (untuk nasi "Potato Tadig Rice" resep sudah ada ya 😘).
